1. What printing products do you offer?
We offer a range of printing and display solutions, including tension stands, acrylic products, roll-up buntings, backdrops, and other custom printing solutions.
2. What sizes are available?
Available sizes vary depending on the product. View our printing products for available size options. For custom size requirements, please contact us to discuss your specifications.
3. Can I customise the size or design?
Custom sizes are available for selected products, such as acrylic signage and signboards. Products like tension stands and roll-up buntings are available in fixed sizes. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
4. Do you provide artwork design services?
We currently do not provide artwork design services. Customers are required to provide their own artwork in PDF or AI format. We will check the artwork file before proceeding with printing.
5. How long does production take?
Production time depends on the product and order requirements. Tension stands, acrylic products, and roll-up buntings normally take around 3-5 working days. Signboard production may take longer depending on the size, complexity, and installation requirements.
6. What are your payment terms?
Full payment is required before we proceed with production.
7. Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We can assist with arranging delivery through third-party delivery services. Free delivery is available within Klang Valley. Delivery charges for other areas depend on the order and delivery location.
8. Can I get a quotation before placing an order?
Yes, of course. Simply send us the product you are interested in, together with the size, quantity, and any other requirements. We will provide you with a quotation accordingly.
9. How do I place an order?
You can place an order by contacting us via WhatsApp. We will assist you with your requirements and check your artwork file before proceeding. Once everything is confirmed, we will send you a job sheet for confirmation before production.
10. Can I reuse my tension stand and print a new fabric?
Yes. You can keep your stand and print a new fabric for your next event. The fabric is made to fit the same stand size. Please contact us for a quotation.
11. What is included in a tension stand?
Each tension stand comes with an aluminium stand / frame, printed tension fabric and a carry bag.
